This free taster is an introduction into a brand new style of yoga that I am starting in the new year. Although challenging, all sequences can be modified for ALL levels. Merging fitness, conditioning, and yoga with correct breathing techniques will ensure a full body workout that will transform your figure, adding strength and flexibility which in turn will create a balanced mind. Places limited. Booking essential. You will need-

  • YOGA MAT
  • HAND TOWEL
  • LOOSE COMFORTABLE CLOTHING
  • BARE FEET
  • BLANKET FOR THE END
  • OPEN MIND
  • SENSE OF HUMOUR

If you like the class you will then have the opportunity to book onto a 5 week course which starts the following week. Places are Limited.
