There are many facets to obtaining joy in life. I don’t mean happiness, I mean joy. Happiness is not a sustainable state. Being content brings me a low vibrational joy.
We have to take care of each one. I separate mine into 5 segments.
Personally I picture a pie chart in my mind, its bright orange, but that’s beside the point.

Each day it’s kinda out of balance, and I make amends.
ITS A SIMPLE CHECK IN AND A GAME CHANGER.
